Do you know how can we prevent earthquakes??

Earthquakes are among the worst natural disasters. Thousands of people die in severe earthquakes when entire cities, town, and farm would land s are destroyed. If we ccould predict earthquakes, it would be possible to move people and valuable  to safer  places before the damage took place china has suffered some terrible earthquakes and scientist  there are always searching for different ways to forecast them. In 1975 , they were dramatically successful they cleared the city of haicheng two hours before an earthquake struck. But we still do not have  a foolproof method prediction

Earthquake create small tremors which can act as an advance warning. Changes also occur in the electric and magnetic properties of rocks and often gas called radon is released. Radon dissolves in water, so if the radon content of lake or well water increases, an earthquake may well be on its way.

Some people reports that dogs howl, animal run from building and fish thrash about in water before an earthquake. Could they sense something we cannot?????
